The first step of our approach to a project is the evaluation part, where in the energy consumption, energy expenses, carbon footprint or the air quality of the organization is mapped. It also includes the measurement of critical performance parameters like lighting, and ventilation efficacy, energy efficiency of process, analysis of variations and patterns in energy consumption. The data is collected through site visits using the state of the art instruments acquired and endogenously developed by Ecozen Solutions. The analysis of this collected data helps us identify potential saving areas and magnitudes.

The second step in our project approach is to use the findings of the evaluation process to build recommendations for improvement of energy scenario and/or enhance the system performance. The recommendations are built through extensive literature survey and deliberation amongst Ecozen members. It is then followed by the financial analysis of the recommendations under consideration and sifting out the economically feasible and lucrative proposals.

This stage follows the client's selection of recommendations to be implemented on the basis of the detailed financial analysis presented to him. This phase drives through the procurement and installation of required material on the site, with the help of our global supply chain. This is followed by testing and deployment of the installations with a guarantee of specified amount of savings.

This is the last stage of a project and it assists in the branding of the organization in a green and energy conscious market by publishing the initiatives taken by it for the improvement of the energy situation and betterment of environment. This procedure helps the clients reap the indirect monetary benefits of their environment conscious program. This stage includes activities like Corporate Sustainability Reporting, LEED certifications and Green Branding of the organization.
