Eco-Lead is a structured program which engages students from technological and non-technological background from all years and disciplines and provides them a platform for getting acquainted to the green energy industry, developing technical expertise and evolving as leaders in the field. The program compliments the main stream engineering enabling the raw talent in the students emerge as better engineers and presents a framework to retain the spruce talent for the benefit of the country.
We train people for various certification examinations of national level authorities, which is a useful add-on the the technical profile of the candidate and an asset for his professional career.
A transcendental experience, Ecolead is the perfect opportunity for the undergraduates to groom themselves and develop both technical and leadership skill-sets to emerge as a proactive and innovative leaders.

Freshman Year: Students are inducted and educated about the latest developments and challenges in the field of green energy and climate change using the case presentation method. Further students engage in research to develop an insight of the industry.
Sophomore Year : After the freshman year stint the students are exposed to more practical aspects of the business. Working in groups they explore and develop a lucid overview of consulting, research and development, project management, implementation and business development. Students mentored by Ecozen officials visit sites and work on the live projects in the industry.
Junior Year : Having a complete overview the students decide on their specialization- consulting, project management, research and development, business development and take up certification examinations in the same. Ecozen officials act as mentors to guide them through the course of the same. As a next step the junior year students act as sub-heads and lead the sophomores on live projects. The ones fond of teaching and good at presenting take up the responsibility of inducting and training the freshmen.
Senior Year : On the basis of performance over the three years the students are chosen as Leaders and are responsible to make their model sustainable.The leaders are looked up as role-models by peers and juniors alike. The leaders are in a constant touch with Ecozen officials and also undergo series of leadership development programs.
In general, an year will have four to five completed industrial projects, three to five innovative product designs and patents, interactive seminars, case studies, group outings and post-project parties.
